Where the Night Starts at 11:30

"Some places aren't on any map. You find them when you stop looking."

The Club

Step Inside

Eleven Thirty isn't on any map. Tucked between a tailor's shop and a closed-down theatre, on a street that doesn't show up in any directory, it's the kind of place you find when you stop looking. The lights are low. The drinks are warm. The clock above the bar has been stuck at eleven thirty for as long as anyone can remember.

The music here doesn't rush. It settles. It stays.

Some nights it's soul that aches like an old wound. Other nights it's blues & memory older than the city outside the door. Some nights a young voice closes the room and reminds everyone that the form is still alive.

Questions

About the Club

What is Eleven Thirty Jazz Club?
A fictional jazz club where the music never rushes. Eleven Thirty presents vintage Southern Soul, Blues and Jazz through four voices — Della Haze, Ray Caulfield, Blind Jack Rue, and Frankie Hollow — under Madison Music Records. The clock above the bar has been stuck at eleven thirty for as long as anyone can remember.
Where does the name "Eleven Thirty" come from?
Eleven thirty is the hour between late and last call — when the room is full, the lights are low, and nobody's thinking about leaving yet. It's the sweet spot of a good night. The name stuck.
Who are the artists?
Four regulars, four voices. Della Haze opens most nights with soul that aches like a wound that healed wrong. Ray Caulfield follows with the patience of a man who's loved and lost. Blind Jack Rue rolls through whenever the road brings him near — seventy years of Delta dust in every note. Frankie Hollow closes the room and reminds everyone the form is still alive.
What is Southern Soul Blues?
Southern Soul Blues is a deeply American sound rooted in the gospel churches, juke joints, and front porches of the Deep South. It draws from 1940s and 50s rhythm & blues, Chicago electric blues, and classic soul — music built on raw emotion, slow tempos, and voices that carry the weight of lived experience.
What genre is the music?
Primarily Southern Soul Blues, with roots in vintage Jazz, Chicago Blues, and classic Soul. Think slow burns, late nights, and voices that don't rush. If you love artists like Bobby Bland, Etta James, or Otis Redding — you'll feel at home here.
How is the music made?
The music at Eleven Thirty is original — written and produced specifically for this project. Every song is created to honour the traditions of Southern Soul, Blues and Jazz, with careful attention to feel, phrasing, and atmosphere. All compositions are registered under Madison Music Records.
How often is new music released?
